Workout of the Day – 3/25/15

A.
4 Sets:
Push Jerk x 2-3 reps

*focus on technique and speed under the bar.

B.
Every minute, on the minute, for 8 minutes (8 sets):
3 Cleans (125/85#)
6 Burpees
*If you fail to complete the round within the minute, finish all of the
repetitions and then sit out the minute in which you carried over into.
Restart at the top of the following minute.
