(if this is a strong movement for you, loop a band around your back and
pin it down with your hands to create a band-resisted push-up)

30 Seconds of Hollow Rocks
Rest 30 seconds
*goal is to work on skills/form (QUALITY practice over quantity)

For time:
Row 40 Calories
40 Russian Kettlebell Swings (62/44#)
Run 800 Meters (72nd st)
