Workout of the Day 4/2/15

Every 8 minutes, for 32 minutes (4 sets) of:
Run 600 Meters (around the block or to 73rd st)
10 Renegade Rows (no pushup; Row R+Row L = 1)
10 L-seated DB Press/Strict HSPUs
*Note times for each set, and add them for total working time.
