A.
Every 2 minutes, for 16 minutes (8 sets):
High Hang Clean + Hang Clean (full squat for both)
Build over the course of the 8 sets to something heavy for today.

B.
10 min AMRAP:
10 Strict Pullups (use bands as needed)
10 Deadlifts (245/150#)
200m run
