10 mins gymnastic practice – pick any 1-2 skills

B.

Every minute, on the minute, for 18 minutes (6 sets):
Minute 1 – 10-15 Kettlebell Swings (53/35#)
Minute 2 – 8 Burpees
Minute 3 – 10 Toes to Bar/K2E
*if you fail to complete the given task during the minute, rest the next minute and pick back up with the next task
*score = total reps completed (out of 28 per round x 6)
