Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets):
Squat Cleans x 1.1 (rest 5-10 seconds between reps)
*focus is on technique, but increase load per set as able

B.

Three rounds for time of:
Run 400 Meters (79th St.)
10 Thrusters (95/65#)
20 Situps
