A.

Every two minutes, for 12 Minutes (6 sets):
Hang Power Clean + Power Clean
*focus is technique but add load as able each set

B.
For time:
Run 400 Meters (79th St.)
Rest until the clock reaches 4 minutes, then complete for time:

20 Man Makers (1 rep = row L, row R, pushup, squat clean, thruster)
**Note two separate times & DB weight – e.g., 1:34/4:20 (35 lb DBs)
