5 Sets:
Deadlift x 3 reps
(*Reps are touch-and-go, eccentric part of lift must be controlled with good form.)
Wall walk-up x 2 reps
Rest as needed b/w sets.

B.

Five rounds for time of:
5 Shoulder to Overhead (125/85#)
10 Burpees Over the Barbell
