A.
Five sets of:
Strict Press x 3-5 reps
Rest 2-3 minutes

B.
In teams of 2, alternate FULL rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:
15 Calorie Row
10 Dumbbell Push Press
(P1 does both row & PP while P2 rests; then switch)
