A.

4 Sets:

Push Press x 4-6 Reps*
Hollow Hold x 15-30 secs
(Rest 90 secs)
*build in weight as you move through sets

B.

Five rounds for time of:
5 Strict Pull-ups
10 L-seated DB press* (adv: strict HSPUs)
15 Box Jumps (24/20″)

*use weight that will be challenging (but doable) to go unbroken for 10 on first set
