Every 5 minutes, for 25 minutes (5 sets):

Run 400m
5 Thrusters (95/65 lbs)
7-10 Burpees Over the Barbell

B.

Three sets of:

45 seconds of Front Plank (arms extended)
Rest 15 seconds
45 seconds of Face-Up Chinese Planks
Rest 75 seconds
