4 Sets:
Deadlifts x 6-8 reps*
Handstand hold x 15-30 secs
*deadlift reps must be perfect form, touch and go (no resting during a set)
(Rest 2 mins)

B.

Complete rounds of 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 reps for time of:

Push Press (95/65#)
Burpees Over the Barbell
