4 sets of each:

Station 1 – Pistols x 10 reps (5 per leg but alternate legs)
Station 2 – 30 seconds handstand hold or shoulder taps
Station 3 – 45-60 seconds of Hollow Body Hold

B.

Three sets for max reps of:
60 seconds of Mountain Climbers (L+R = 1 rep)
Rest 60 seconds
60 seconds of Box Jumps (24/20″)
Rest 60 seconds
60 seconds of Renegade Rows*
(*1 rep = row R, row L… no pushup today)
Rest 60 seconds
60 seconds of K2E
Rest 60 seconds
