A.

Four sets of:
Seated Overhead Press with Dumbbells x 10-12 reps
(Rest 45 seconds)
Strict Supinated-Grip Pull-Ups x 4-6 reps
(Rest 45 seconds)
Supermans x 10-15 reps
(Rest 60 seconds)

B.

Complete as many reps as possible in 6 minutes of:

7 Dumbbell Complex*
30 DUs
(1 rep of complex = Push-Up, Power Clean, Push Press)
