Every 6 minutes, for 24 minutes (4 sets):

Run 400 Meters (79th)
10 MB OH Squats (20/14#) (adv: OH squats)
8 Burpees
8 Box Jumps (24/20″)

B.

Three sets of:
Supine Ring Rows x 10-12 reps
Rest as needed
Face-Down Chinese Planks x 60 seconds
Rest 60 seconds
