A.
Four Sets:
Double Unders x 30-45 reps
Wall Climb + Hold x 20-45 secs (focus is on hollow body position)
L-Sit or L-Sit Progression with Boxes x 15-30 secs
**Rest as needed between exercises

B.

In teams of two, complete 5 sets each for time (total as a team):
Row 250 Meters
10 Burpee Box Jumps (24″/20″)
**As soon as the rower is available, the next person may start rowing.
