(rest 30 secs)
L-Seated DB Press x 10-12 reps
(rest 30 secs)
Supermans x 10-15 reps
(Rest 30 secs)

B.
8 min AMRAP:
12 MB Situps (20/14#) (**MB held against chest not overhead)
100m run (77th st)
