Every 8 minutes, for 32 minutes (4 sets) of:

Run 800 Meters (72nd st, or row 800m)
21 Kettlebell Swings (53/35#)
12 T2B/K2E
Note times for each set, and add them for total working time.

B.

2 sets:
Hollow Body Hold/Rocks x 45-60 seconds
(rest as needed b/w sets)
