4 Sets:
DB Bicep Curls x 6-8 reps/arm (alternating)
(Rest 30-45 secs)
Ring Dips x 6-8 reps
(Rest 30-45 secs)
Toes to Rig x 12-15 reps
(Rest 30-45 secs)

B.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
6 Burpees onto plate (45/25#)
12 Plate Ground to OH
12 Plate Overhead Reverse Lunge Steps
