Five sets of:
Strict Pull-Up x 2-3 reps
Rest 60 seconds
Plank on Rings x 30-45 seconds
Rest 60 seconds

B.

In teams of two, alternate rounds to complete four sets each for time of:
10 Pull-Ups
15 Wallballs (20/14#)
30 Double-Unders
