Bench Press x 2-4 reps
(Rest 30 secs)
Hollow Hold x 30-45 secs
(Rest 60-90 secs)

B.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
10 Burpees
10 Push Press (75/55#)
