Minute 1 – 10-12 Walking Lunges with Kettlebells (53/35#)
Minute 2 – 6-8 Burpee Box Jumps (24″/20″)
Minute 3 – 8-10 Toes to Bar

B.

3 sets:

Chinese plank (face up) x 30-45 secs
(rest as needed)
Hollow hold x 30-45 secs
(rest as needed)
