Workout of the Day – 7/23/15

A.

Five sets of:

Power Clean x 1.1.1

(rest 10 seconds between singles)

Rest 2-3 minutes b/w sets

B.

Three sets of:

Against a 2-minute running clock, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:

5 Burpees to plate (45/25#)
5 Plate Ground to Overhead
10 Russian Twists w/ Plate (L+R=1)

Rest two minutes between sets and pick up where you leave off after each set. Record total rounds and reps performed.
