Four Sets:
Strict Press x 4-6 reps
Rest 30 secs
Supermans x 10-15 reps
Rest 60-90 secs

B.

Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
3 Front Squats (95/65 lbs.)
3 Pull-Ups
6 Front Squats
6 Pull-Ups
9 Front Squats
9 Pull-Ups
12 Front Squats
12 Pull-Ups
15 Front Squats
15 Pull-Ups
