Single Arm Dumbbell Rows x 8-10 reps each arm @ 2111
Rest 30 seconds

B.
For time, complete:
1000m row
100m Farmer’s carry (53/35# KBs per hand) (77th st)
25 Burpees
100m Farmer’s carry
600m run (around block)
