Bench Press x 4-6 reps
(Spot your partner)
Side plank x 30 secs/side
(Rest 60 sec)

B.
3 rounds for max reps:
60 sec Single-arm DB Snatch (alternating arms)
(30 sec rest)
60 sec Box Jumps (24/20″)
(30 sec rest)
60 sec Toes to Bar/Toes to Rig
(1 minute rest)
