(Rest 5-7 secs b/w reps, rest 1.5-2 mins b/w sets)

B.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
5 Burpees
5 Plate OH Lunges (per leg)

Rest exactly 4 minutes, and then . . .

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
9 KB Swings (53/35#)
9 Box Jumps (24/20″)
