A.

Every 90 seconds for 12 minutes (8 sets), perform:
Clean x 2 reps
(build over the course of the sets to today’s heavy double)

B.

Every minute, on the minute, for 9 minutes, perform:
10 Kettlebell Swings (53/35#)
5 Burpees
