A.

Four sets of:
Barbell Bent-over Row x 6-8 reps
L-Sit x 20-45 second hold (accum.)
Rest 60 seconds

B.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
10 Pull-Ups
10 Wallballs (20/14#)

Then rest exactly 5 minutes, before completing . . .

As many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
10 V-ups
10 Jumping Lunges
