Dumbbell External Rotations x 8-10 reps each arm @ 2020
Rest 60 seconds

B.

Two rounds for time of:
Run 400m
20 Russian Twists (L+R=1) (20/14#)
20 Box Jumps (24/20″)
20 Single-arm DB Snatches (alt. arms)
