Workout of the Day – 8/17/15

A.

Every two minutes, for 16 minutes (8 sets):

Clean (power or squat) x 1 rep
Build over the course of the 8 sets to today’s 1-RM.

B.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
5 Front Squats (115/75#)
10 Burpees Over the Barbell
