A.

Three sets of:
Bench Press x 4-6 reps
(spot your partner)
Superman hold x 30 sec
(Rest 60-90 seconds)

B.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

20 Kettlebell Swings (53/35#)
10 Single Arm Kettlebell Push Press (same KB – 5 each arm)
300 Meter Run (78th St.)
