Hollow hold x 30 secs
Rest 2-3 minutes

B.

For time:

Run 600 Meters (around block)
20 Thrusters (65/45 lbs)
20 Toes to Bar/K2E
80 Double-Unders
20 Toes to Bar/K2E
20 Thrusters
