6 Romanian Deadlifts @ 3011
(rest as needed)
2 Turkish Get-Ups (per side)
**keep the movement slow and controlled, focus on positioning
(Rest 60-90 secs)

B.

In teams of two, partners alternate rounds to complete AMRAP in 14 minutes:

10 Goblet Squats (53/35#)
10 Kettlebell Swings (same KB)
100 Meter Run (77th st.)
