Pause Back Squats (2 sec pause at bottom) x 3-5 reps
(Rest as needed)
Dumbbell External Rotations x 8 reps each @ 2020
(Rest 60-90 seconds)

B.

In teams of two, with only one partner working at a time…

Complete as many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
Wallballs (20/14#)

Rest 3 minutes

Complete as many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

Double Unders
