Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets):

High Hang Clean + Hang Clean + Clean
Build over the course of the 6 sets to today’s heavy.

B.

3 rounds for max reps/cals:
45 secs: max Russian twists (L+R = 1) (20/14#)
(45 sec rest)
45 secs: max cals on rower
(45 sec rest)
45 sec: max burpees
(90 sec rest)
