10 min Handstand practice (holds, climbs, freestanding, etc.)

B.

3 sets of 3 minute AMRAP:
4 ring dips
6 box jumps (24/20″)
8 alt. DB snatch (4 per arm but alternating sides)
(3 min rest)
*pick up where you left off last round
