Rest 30 seconds

MB supine hamstring curls x 10-15 reps (feet on MB)

Rest 2 minutes

B.

In teams of two, partners alternate rounds to complete five each of:

5 Heavy Hang Power Cleans (135/95#)

100 Meter Run (77th)
