Workout of the Day – 9/11/15

Friday marks the 14th anniversary of the September 11th attacks. I know all of us can remember where we were and how we felt the moment we heard about the planes crashing into the Twin Towers. We would like to observe and honor the almost 3000 lives that were lost that day by doing a special memorial WOD.

For time:

2001 meter run/row [year]

9 Bear Crawls [month]

11 Wallballs (20/14#) [day]

175m Med Ball Run (75th St) [flight that hit South tower]

77 Russian KB Swings (62/44#) [flight that hit Pentagon]

93 Situps [flight that was headed for DC & crashed in a field]

11 Burpee Toes-to-bar [flight that hit North tower]

**can break up reps (i.e., 500m row, 25 situps, 20 KB swings, etc.) or go straight through in order.
