Three sets:

Overhead Squats x 3-5 reps

(Rest as needed)

Banded walk (down & back)

(Rest 2 mins)

B.

Against a 2-minute running clock, complete a total of four sets of the following:

Row 300m (guys) /250m (gals)

Burpees x Max Reps

Rest 2 minutes between sets
