Single Leg Hip Bridge x 6-8 reps each leg

Rest 60 seconds

Row 1000 Meters followed immediately by . . .

Three rounds of:

20 Russian Kettlebell Swings (62/44#)

10 Toes to Bar

10 Strict Handstand Push-Ups or 30 sec HS hold
